Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 August 2026. These terms apply to Audience Host managed website hosting, website-care services and the Audience Host customer platform.

1. Managed hosting scope

Audience Host provides hosting infrastructure plus the level of website care included in the selected plan. Hosting setup, SSL assistance, backups, routine hosting support and the plan's listed maintenance allowance are covered within that scope. New pages, redesigns, custom functionality, software development, third-party integrations and work outside the plan are quoted separately.

2. Customer accounts

You must provide accurate account and contact information and keep your password secure. Actions completed through your authenticated account are treated as authorized unless you report unauthorized access to us promptly.

3. Orders and manual payments

Invoices are payable using the payment methods shown inside the Client Area. A JazzCash, Easypaisa or other manual payment is not treated as paid until Audience Host verifies the transaction. Uploading a screenshot or transaction ID does not by itself activate service. We do not automatically debit your JazzCash or Easypaisa account.

4. Activation and DNS

New hosting is queued for provisioning after payment approval. Website, SSL and email availability can also depend on domain DNS changes controlled by you or your domain provider. DNS propagation and third-party registrar delays are outside our direct control.

5. Renewals and suspension

Renewal invoices are generated before the service due date. If an invoice remains unpaid after the due date and grace period, hosting may be suspended automatically. A verified renewal payment can queue automatic restoration. Suspension does not cancel the amount due.

6. Backups and restores

Backup retention depends on the selected hosting package and available service configuration. Backups reduce risk but are not a substitute for keeping your own copy of business-critical data. A restore can overwrite data created after the selected backup, so restores are handled as a managed support action rather than an accidental one-click destructive operation.

7. Email

Email service depends on correct MX, A, SPF, DKIM and related DNS records. Delivery to external providers can also depend on recipient filtering and sender reputation. Audience Host can assist with configuration but cannot guarantee that every external mail provider will accept every message.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Audience Host for phishing, malware distribution, unsolicited bulk email, credential theft, unlawful content, deliberate network abuse, attacks on third parties, or activity that threatens the security or availability of our infrastructure or other customers. We may suspend affected services where reasonably necessary to protect the platform.

9. Resource use

Managed plans have technical limits and are intended for normal business website use. If a website consistently requires materially more resources or a different architecture, we may recommend a higher plan or separate infrastructure before performance for other customers is affected.

10. Support

Support priority and included website-care time depend on the selected plan. Managed support covers the agreed service scope. Emergency or development work outside that scope may require a separate quotation.

11. Termination

Permanent termination of a hosting account can remove hosted website, email and database data. Customers should request any required backup before termination. Audience Host does not automatically terminate an account merely because an invoice enters the normal suspension stage.

12. Service availability

We operate the platform with security, monitoring and recovery practices intended to provide reliable service, but no internet or hosting service can promise uninterrupted availability in every circumstance. Planned maintenance, upstream incidents, abuse mitigation and events outside reasonable control can affect availability.

13. Changes

Plans, features and these terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes apply prospectively and the current version will remain available on this page.
