Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 August 2026. This policy explains the information Audience Host processes when you visit the website, create an account, order managed hosting, submit payment proof or contact support.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may process your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, company name, website/domain, order and invoice records, transaction ID, payment amount, payment proof, support messages, support attachments, account activity and technical service information required to operate hosting.
Public enquiries
When you submit the public website enquiry form, the details you provide are stored privately and mirrored into the Audience Host administration system so our team can respond and track the enquiry.
Payments
Audience Host currently uses manual payment verification for supported methods such as JazzCash and Easypaisa. We store the submitted transaction details and proof needed to review the payment. We do not collect a payment-card number or automatically debit a wallet through the current manual-payment workflow.
Support and uploaded files
Payment proofs and support attachments are stored outside the public website directory and are only served through authenticated authorization checks. Supported uploads are screened by the server malware scanner before they are accepted.
How we use information
We use customer information to create and secure accounts, issue invoices, verify payments, provision hosting, operate websites and related services, provide support, create renewal notices, investigate abuse or security events, maintain audit records and send service communications.
Hosting and operational data
The Audience Host application and its primary database run on our managed server environment. HestiaCP acts as the underlying hosting engine for provisioned website, email, database and backup operations. Administrative credentials for that engine are not exposed to customers in the browser.
Passwords and secrets
Account passwords are stored using one-way password hashing. Generated mailbox and database passwords are displayed to the authenticated customer when created and are not intentionally stored by the Audience Host application as readable credentials.
Cookies
The Client Area uses essential session and security cookies needed for authentication, CSRF protection and account operation. The public website does not currently load advertising trackers by default.
Server and security logs
Web servers and security systems may record IP addresses, request metadata, timestamps and operational events for troubleshooting, abuse prevention and security. Application audit logs use a hashed representation of request IP information where practical.
Sharing and sale of data
Audience Host does not sell customer information to advertisers. Information may be processed by infrastructure, domain, email or other service providers when required to deliver a service you use, or disclosed where required by applicable law.
Retention
Operational records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain billing records, investigate security events and meet applicable obligations. Permanent hosting termination can remove hosted website/email/database data, while billing or audit records may need to be retained separately.
Your requests
You may contact Audience Host through the Client Area to ask about your account information, correct profile details or request account/data handling assistance. Some billing, security or legal records may need to be retained even after a service ends.
Security
We use HTTPS, private application/storage paths, CSRF protection, authentication controls, rate limiting, security headers, malware scanning for supported uploads, least-privilege hosting automation and activity logging. No system can eliminate all risk, so customers should also protect their account credentials and keep independent copies of critical business data.
